I am finding it hard to navigate the self centered ness of some members of my team. I know it’s a maturity thing and changing it takes development and self reflection on their part. I know this is on them to grow. That said it’s exhausting and frustrating how they show up.

What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

There is a partner that, without fail, calls on Fridays after 6pm anytime I am staffed with him. It’s extremely frustrating since his calls are usually non-urgent and I make it a point to check in early in the day to address anything. Any advice?
