Sometimes I come in early or work late just so I don't have to listen to my partner talk.

Any advice on how to deal with a partner/boss who is shifting all responsibility to me with zero guidance, no mentoring, and an unwillingness to discuss the issues? (Small firm, only associate under this partner and have been working at the firm for 2 years). There are an increasing number of passive aggressive comments from the partner who expects to be completely hands off once the case lands on my desk. Wants me to figure it all out despite cases being from different areas of law.

Everyone on my team is leaving the firm. The PPMD who hired me left the firm before my start date, now two seniors have left in the last 2 months. My team will be down to <3 with no manager/SM/PPMD. Currently our marketing team is of one (me) and we outsource quite a bit of other tasks as we continue to grow. With that said, one of the tasks I am currently involved with is creating weekly emails from scratch and I am pretty darn good at them. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Does anyone have family members who constantly demand money because they feel like you’re rich now because you’re a lawyer? I am not that smart. Got a very low score on ACT (below average). Should I even consider getting a MBA? My firm does offer sponsorship, but taking/studying for GMAT/GRE is already stressing me out.
