I am giving interviews and they are going well i was expecting that i will get call for second round but instead receiving rejection did not understand where am i lagging .. solved all the coding questions given then as well gets an rejection mail …is this happening to any one else as well …can anyone share there experiences?? I have 4.5 year of experience what is the expectations from this year of experience person ?

I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.

I’m trying to transfer departments at my company and I talked to the MD of the department i wanna transfer to, and told him working remotely is a requirement to me, and he said he’s not sure if that’s possible, and that would depend on HR and the hiring manager. Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. 1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
