Wanted to know some of the things. How many hours i need to sit in office,is it 9 hrs mandatory? And is 3 days wfo/ week strictly followed in ibm?

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers.
