I am have been working at a dept store chain,for almost 2 years,they have made some big changes to their company recently,1 of them is actually standing behind us in the checkout area and grading us on if we are not saying their script word for word,so customers can open store credit cards,if we deviate from script,we are penalized,and told we will be let go if we are not meeting metrics,(put in place by capital one bank,) 2 years ago,isn't this micro managing?
