I am having 6+ years of experience, goint to be interviewed for fullstack senior tools devloper role. What questions to expect from technical interview rounds?

I have HR scheduled for Northern Trust Organization for Sr. Associate role tomorrow. CCTC -18. 50 LPA YOE-6 Tech Stack - Reactjs. What CTC I should ask in HR round? How much NTC will give?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

Looking for feedback, I'm updating my resume and I'm wondering at what point should I start removing past work experience. I've heard anything older than 10 years should go?

Follow up etiquette help needed! I am expecting a job offer at firm one next week or so. I am into the final phases at firm two. Would it be appropriate to email my recruiter from firm one that they are my preference but I’m far along in the process at firm two and ask for an update on where I stand (to hopefully get an offer faster)? I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
