Don't join globant. You will regret it. If you are not in a project and if you could not clear 4-5 interviews, then you will be fired silently.
So make a wise decision and join somewhere else.
Will join only if they will give project upfront..
If you were given a project also chances are you will be released from that project within 1 months stating client budget issues etc. There were many incidents like this. So look somewhere else than globant.
EPAM and spinet are same both of them don’t have long term projects hardly for 6 to 8 months only after that they will put you in any kind of training and later on they will align for interview which is no way related to your training and if some how you got any client same as your training then that client will ask you for the hands on experience not the training and this kind of joke will continue for 3 to 4 client and after that they will put you on PIP or fired you in both the company the bench is full and they are doing fake hiring once your onboarding is done then you will come to know that client round still pending
