2) Family Life / WLB - I am married, working spouse and two young children - I work 50+ hours/week now, which is OK. How does that compare to typical AAG hours?
3) Comp - right now I get ~$250K TC with base + bonus + RSUs. I was told bonus for AAG is ~15%, so I need a pretty high base to even match my (no travel) corporate job. Any idea on how high is too high to ask for a base salary?
4) Career propellant - ultimately I like working in this specialty, my thoughts are that working at MBB may help improve my "brand recognition". I have read that this is true in more typical corporate jobs, is it the case for analytics / technical jobs also?
Thanks all

I dont know anything about specialist comp I am sorry
Quick question for you, for advanced analytics, are you a data scientist/engineer?
Np, thanks for sharing. I’m curious what Advanced analytics means to Bain
Spent a ~4 month stint in the AAG group when I was at Bain. The workload was a breeze compared to standard case work (~45-50 hours), but it was internal research, not client facing.
Also, I believe that specialists consultants are paid less than generalists. That being said, generalist Sr. Managers can clear 350k, so I think you have room to negotiate.
