Hello,
Can ex-TCSer join back TCS??
The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

With 19 years at Infosys better to get retained.
take this 40 Option, stay here for some more time and look for better offer/opportunity. The hike is less as compare to your CCTC.
Join ericsson as it is good product based company with great WLab
Slary is the reason I am looking at
At your experience level its safe to stay in Infosys. Try to get top rating sot that you get your full variable amount
Enough time at one place ...move on 😀

Maybe better to stick with infy for stability.

What’s your band 6a or 7?
At 19yoe, would suggest you to stay with Infosys as 3 to 4l does not make huge difference.
If you are looking for growth and different learning/culture then you can switch.
There will be many unknown if ur moving to new organisation. Wlb is also dependent on project. Based on your priorities you can decide.

Depends upon your expenses. Kids, family etc
If you feel you can work with 30LPA of fixed then you should stay
Coz 7.5LPA post deductions will be 5.5LPA which can make difference for many people

I think you should lookout for more opportunities you'll easily get 40 LPA fixed outside, lookout for more offers
You should resign and keep looking for more offers.
For a Jl7, i believe the variable payout is annual ? If you quit in the middle of year, you have to forego those 8 lakhs.
So consider these nuances also while comparing with Ericsson or anyone else

You must have been at onsite for long duration. Is compensation reason for you looking out ? Also you will be having infy shares since long and the value of those now.
Been at onsite before. Since 2016 at offshore

At your yoe, folks gpm,dm in infy are saying to lesser experience people to hold on looking for jobs and talking about recession. What do you think ?

Stay at Infosys, try to make you fixed compensation near to Ericson . I left Infosys due to hike but not able to digest that company so thinking to return back to it. Running after money and adjusting with new company environment is but difficult and you have nearly spent half of you carrier here. Think wisely
Hi. I am with Infosys alomost 19 years for now - all in telecom. I have been promoted to Program Manager - JL7 in April. My slary is 32 lacs with 24 fixed and 8 is variable. I have 2 offers. I have resigned from Infosys. Infosys is trying to take my salary close to 40Lacs ( 30 fixed and 10 variable). confirmed. I have 2 offers
