Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

You’re not going to make 600K as AP in your first year, 450K at best.
Maybe if it’s a really great year and you have a ton of studies that you can get a solid share of profit from. Frankly, I don’t think it’ll be worth the stress given what you’re already earning.
Why the switch?? Were you previously in consulting? I believe you may be at the lower end of your target range if you make numbers and practice does well. Seems like a big gamble unless SVP is not in the cards in the next 5+ years
Yes was previously in Consulting. SVP in Mastercard looks a little difficult currently. Wanted to use Mckinsey experience as a springboard for better opportunities in future or if I ike it there and see a Partner track, Open to that too.
I wouldn’t even consider that for a minute. If you don’t have extensive consulting experience (I mean 5-6 years) that is going to be such a rough ride.
The expectations are immense, you’re also very much an outsider w no network at the firm, no pyramid, and no support.
The hours are going to be intense, the stress and pressure will be high and frankly I don’t think it’s worth it.
Better to lateral somewhere else in industry. I’m at that stage now and I’d easily write a check tm for $100k to have less stress.

APs at top tier consulting firms are like pledges in a fraternity. Don’t expect top dollar, you’re in it for the partner track and/or the prestige.

Yes, I do have an MBA.
Did you have to case at AP level?
Yes I did but the interviews were more about how I expand and bring in more business through my experience in the payments sector.
