I am looking for a new job in DevOps/release engineer for Salesforce platform. I have close to a year of experience working on two enterprise projects with copado, GitHub, GearSet, proudly and click deploy. I have a Salesforce admin and Copado certificate with masters degree in Information technology. I love my company and my current team but I believe I’m underpaid for what I do. Does anyone know a place that is hiring and has a good work culture? My salary expectation is $120-130/yearly.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

How would you go about pricing your equity in an early stage startup offer? Have two offers right now with different comp components and trying to compare across both to make a decision / negotiate the offers. Current comp ~280-300k TC, 4 YOE

1) Head of Strategy & Ops with 275K Cash Comp + 0.25% equity @ a Series A startup (N-1)

2) Head of Product with ~350k TC (All cash, Base + Bonus) @ a Global Bank (N-1 within the BU)

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group.
