My last full-time role was channel growth leader (IC) for Dell's consumer and small business payment services. I went from a entry level position (analyst) to a senior level position in the organization in under 5 years. I am looking for a role bringing AI to businesses in a B2B environment. I recently became certified by IBM as an AI product manager.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Needing advice for a communications role at a major bank. Coming from agency side, what will the hiring manager care about most (other than relating your experience to the job duties). Can’t screw this up!

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations.
