I am new to Fishbowl and feeling a bit uncertain about how everything works. I've been in the healthcare recruiting, staffing, and HR industry for the majority of my career, but recently lost my job. Due to some health issues, I'm interested in finding a remote executive assistant role in healthcare. At the end of summer, I'll finally have my AAS and will start my BAAS in the fall through an online program. I've applied to over 100 jobs in the past week, but I haven't received one call.

So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?

Should one add their personal technology that are currently used for remote work on their resume? Seems most companies will provide the hardware and software needed. However, it’s unclear if the employer will provide this through Teamviewer/VPN connection or will send an actual computer. Along with this, would it be pertinent to add your internet capability (speed, fios/cable/satellite/dsl)?
