Hi Fishes, I'm a Python developer now and I need to switch my role related to AI/ML for long term.
Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.
Suggest some ways other than this also welcomed.

The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Does IT companies fake job roles like they show development role while attending interview but after joining they give support.Why they don't hire separately for support?Is this because nobody wants to work in support they make job description attractive to make employees join?
