I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?

Have you tried looking on some of the bigger job sites? I know the job market is rough right now but hang in there. I would definitely suggest networking and trying to get referrals.
What bigger job search sites are you talking about? I tried LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter. I think these four are the main ones employers use. I have actually visited websites like United Airlines, BCBS, Geico, Progressive, hospitals,Chase, Walgreens, and Ross. I can go on and on about how many websites I go to look for a job. I don’t even get an interview. I’ve been applying every single day since March 1 and I only got two interviews during that timeframe. I have a degree and three years of experience, yet I’m not a good fit. I got more interviews doing the pandemic than I do now.
