Offer from LTI mindtree: 21 (first HR round of my life I underquoted and HR agreed with a smile) + 5 days wfo.
Infosys has agreed to promote me to L3 and give 21 LPA. This has come from a my unit head and I trust him. However he has a condition that if he starts discussion of my promotion with HR and gives me a mail then I should guarantee that I will stay.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

I have a job interview today that I’m actually nervous about. That’s a good sign right? All my other ones I was dreading or just wanted to skip. I’ve only been jobless for 2 weeks - I would like more time, but this is a company and boss that we’ve been dancing around each other for about a year. My partner and I are moving out of our condo building in NYC at month end, and the building management (not our landlord) has communicated to us that, on top of the 1K non-refundable fee and 1K security deposit to move out (stated in lease), they are also issuing a $1,250 "sanitization fee" for the public areas (hallways/elevators), since we happen to be moving out during COVID19. We feel this is taking advantage of tenants during this time and may not be legal. Any advice helps!

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
