Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Buddy, I am 34 now. I was working on Mainframes till 30. Then devoted 1.5 years learning AI ML and made switch to ML after showing my work. Now I am working as data scientist. If you are interested then you should continue
Could you please share how you planned learning and how you appeared for job?
Pros: it's the in thing now
Cons:
1. You have to keep yourself updated with the latest algorithms
2. Your language of implementation can become obsolete eg SPSS
3. It's statistics on steroids. So likewise, as you grow in the career, it's consulting at upper levels. Less about doing it. Which you might be already doing and can grow faster in your current line of work
I spent 1.5 years self learning AI ML. Started with ML course on Coursera by Andrew Ng and courses on Udemy, couple of books. Also trying hands dirty with hackathons on Machinehack and Analytics Vidhya. These hackathons really helped me to put learning into action. I didn’t do any side projects apart from these hackathons. But now there is more competition so one should do side projects along with hackathons. Even after learning all these getting job is hard. So try within your organisation first so that you don’t have appear for any interviews. Just show ur skills in side projects and hackathons. That’s how I changed in my previous company. Hope this helps.
This helps. Thank you so much.
Too late to learn now at 30. You should've started when you were 5 yo, continue where you are and stop thinking about it now.
