Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.
SAP SD - 2 YOE Current CTC is 4.8LPA.
how much should I ask at infy? Position offered is associate consultant. Thanks in advance.

I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

This year will be good in terms of bonus/increment, if you were a good performer ofcourse. So it makes sense to stay till the year end and then switch based on the increased ctc.

Current CTC is 13 fixed and working as an AM1 . Total yoe is 3 yrs. Any idea when will we get variable and when will be the hike effective from?
Hey do you know if you're at the average comp for AM1s or at the lower end with the 13lpa fixed? Do you know any other AM1s and their comps/yoe? Thank you.
