That is what happened to me. Passed the HR and Peer Screenings. Was told they were looking for a match between me and a team. Every couple of weeks I'd send an email to the Recruiter and I'd get an answer saying they were still working on it. (Plus, there was a hiring free, which also slowed things.) This went on for months.
Eventually, I stopped emailing.
Same thing happened to me. Went through assessment and initial screening rounds and it took them several weeks to get back to me (thought I wasn’t getting interview). Ended up getting interview, passed to the next round, but it then took them another several weeks to schedule it. Every time they had excuses about teams being moved around blah blah blah. Finally had that final interview and the hiring manager told me I’d be “hearing soon.” Literally didn’t get an email from the recruiter until 3 months after saying, “sorry, we ended up having less positions to fill than we anticipated. Are you interested in other positions out of your state?” Far and away the weirdest, most frustrating, and least professional interview process I’ve ever experienced. Coming to the conclusion that their entire recruiting and hiring process is a shit show.
are <25? If not, keep looking.
