I applied for devOps role at SAP for 5+ times . I am unable to understand where I am lagging behind and why I an rejected even from resume screening round, either is internal job hiring or what. I have a good resume as per the required skills. I even have SAP foundational logic which I specially learned for SAP Job opportunities.

Can anyone please guide me how can I pass the screening round.
I even asked some of the employees on linkedin regarding this. They told me my resume is not the reason

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help.
