I attended first round interview with Capgemini and next day I got a call from HR and we had salary discussion. Then HR said like she is going to send it for approval. She also said like , she will conduct the client interview after getting approvals. I don't understand , why it is needed to have salary discussion, still there are further interview rounds. Does any one faced similar situation. Can you guys let me know how many technical rounds usually?

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results.
