I attended the second round of the Snowflake Developer interview with Infosys on 13-08-2025, and it went well. However, in the Infosys career portal, the status is still showing as "Decision Pending." What does this mean? Also, I received a call from HR on 18-08, which appeared as "Infosys Confirmation Call" on Truecaller, but I couldn’t hear them properly. I tried calling back, but there was no response. What will be the next step, and within how many days can I expect to hear back from them?

Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. Interviewing at a dream company, and right from the first interview the recruiter told me we are way off on salary expectations. This was a little bit expected, as the role is requiring a few years less experience than I have and also in a much cheaper market. They already told me the salary range during this first call, but wondering if they like me enough and I get an offer, how I might approach negotiating for more.
