Offer 18 LPA including 10% Variable.
Counter Offer 70% hike. Should I accept counter offer from current company?

300% hike for an individual contributor role in a Fortune 500 company with minimal long term growth potential

Or

180% hike for a managerial position (mix of technical and people management) in a large MNC with good growth potential in near and long term

What would you prefer?

I have been working on night shift for over past 17 months, I'm really sick of this shift, I have asked my manager twice regarding the shift change and provided some medical reports as well.
