I currently live in LA and substitute teach at Los Angeles Unified school district. They pay $212 for a 7hr day, $180 after taxes, union dues and SSI.

Does anyone know how much they pay substitute teachers in Manhattan and Brooklyn right now? Public school districts.

My partner and I are thinking about moving there.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input.
