I currently work for a small firm doing revenue cycle for very large hospitals. I'm interested in finding a larger company where I can move up in management and have opportunities for bonuses/raises. I work for a great company, but it's small and there's no advance opportunities other than my previous promotion. I don't handle phone calls and I have a flex schedule, so i'm wondering if it's even possible to locate another company that would offer those things?

I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.
Can anyone that has worked in that position tell me what its like and what to expect? Is it more like an administrative position and boring or do you really get to help clients? All feedback is appreciated!

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.
