I currently work in Ottawa as a Test Engineer I. My annual base salary is 80,000 cad.
I just got a job offer from in Richmond Hill and they are offering 97,000 cad, with a 5K relocation bonus (lump sum) and a 3% yearly bonus.
Do you think this is a good offer or move? I would appreciate any advice or expertise.
