I did MBA on sabbatical from TCS, if I head back how much salary I can expect?

Team i am working in Deloitte USI bangalore having 6.5yrs of exp in cybersecurity . Got an offer in Pwc ac Kolkata but in bangalore office . They are offering decent hike 48% and manager role . Seeing so many bad reviews a bit concerned now !! Should I go ahead or not ?

Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

I have an interview coming up for the same company where I currently work but for a different department and different role, the thimg is hiring manager mentioned that their salary range is less than that of my current role. I really want to explore other roles and job opportunities for growth and possibly being normal again 🙂 I've worked nights for more that 20 years. I am currently interviewing at EY GDS and HR discussion is done.
But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

In discussions to make a lateral move. Is there any way I can negotiate higher pay outside the fixed bands? Higher annual bonus, signing bonus? I assume chances are low but worth trying.

Currently interviewing for corporate development manager at a PE portco and would appreciate insight on reasonable comp expectations. TEV is ~$4b and they close about a dozen LMM deals per year. TIA!
