I didn't get any Role Promotion in my 12 years of experience.Till now changed 4 companies, recently joined in 5th company.Even though I stayed 6.5 years in one MNC. I was fed up by asking for a promotion in the past.
I'm just wondering about anyone else in this non promotion experience or only me😔😀

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I don’t think this is for me….anyone have any other CRE practices that they enjoy? I’m thinking about jumping back to a borrower side practice, but curious to hear about other CRE associate experiences. Thanks!

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF.
