HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

HR is asking me to expect something on top of the current offer I am holding.

The opening is for L8. How much offer I should expect from mastercard??

Next year I am going to complete EMBA from KREA University in Operation, Having 9yr experience in Accounts, IR&Admin in one of leading Construction MNC, my current CTC 9 LPA, How much salary can I expect if I want to join other organisation ?

How much we can expect for 11 Yoe and Sharepoint/power platform developer?

My current base salary is $110k, what is the minimum threshold I should set to consider switching companies?
