Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I think the answer is nothing. I’d be making $300K+ in consulting right now, but left for industry a few years ago and make ~ $180K.
I leave work at 5pm every day, I go to all of my kid’s school shows and activities without pushback from my job. I have a really good life. I just had my second child and am not as anxious to go back to work as I was when I worked in consulting.
Money just isn’t everything.
Love that for you D1!
Delivering results and managing stakeholder expectations are “pressures” that are part of most/all roles, particularly ones that are “well compensated”…The question I often tell other consultants to determine if they are feeling this pressure is…are there other careers that your skills match that have similar pressure but pay more? Are there other careers that have less pressure but pay same or less that interest you? To me, that’s the path forward/equation.
Lots of food for thought here. Thanks so much for your response!
Is this question for folks not consulting? I’m in consulting, my current salary is enough to justify it otherwise I would have left.
No, it was definitely for consultants. I guess not all of us have it as good as you do.
