Sounds like it’s more of a performance anxiety/ confidence thing. Think of the bigger picture and what you’re trying to achieve. If you’ve done it then smaller things maybe appear less significant

True but at bigger corporates they tend to nit pick your note taking emails and agendas if you’re a junior.
I like to use a lot of bulleted lists and put important things in bold. I think of how to make it easy to read even though I like to include a lot of detail
I write it out and then copy into Claude AI with a focus on clarity and friendliness. Tweak a bit and send.

Just remember that no one’s really reading your email like it’s a novel. They are trying to quickly get to the points to figure out what they need to know and what they need to do. Keep it short and too the point. If you are thinking that hard about it, you are probably putting in more information/detail than is needed
Just have a system that's like a set of steps you can use as a checklist:

2. Set aside for 20 minutes and then review again for:
-spelling/grammar/punctuation
-all requested/necessary info included and/or attached
-correct people on email
3. SEND
