I feel so burnt out and isolated and trapped. I moved to Deloitte 2 months ago so I am handcuffed to this job for another 4 months before I can even look outsider the firm or take vacation. I work 16-20 hours a day and the weekends; I only get shot on by my SM. I work in a windowless room since that’s all that’s available in my condo with my SO. It truly feels like there is only one way out now

My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax.
