Don’t try as hard. Show up and put in the work but don’t kill yourself going above and beyond - it rarely matters anyways

Honestly this is probably what I need to do, I care way too much
After decades of burnout, I’ve finally started to maintain a healthier work-life balance by prioritizing my overall wellness. It helps to adopt the mindset of “work to live; don't live to work.” Learn to embrace your mental/physical health, rest/recovery, relationships/alone time, personal goals/values, & hobbies/interests outside of work. Even the best employees are replaceable, so never lose sight of what matters most to you. Best of luck—you’ve totally got this!
Don’t worry as much about presenting work that you know the clients will buy. Just present work you’d be excited to make.

Clock in, get the work done, clock out. No need to stress over it.
I saw this on here recently and it stuck with me:
Never care more about the job than the job cares about you.
It really hit home for me after getting promoted with a pay increase that I didn’t think could be that low. I do enjoy my work crew but I’ll be putting in 40ish hours per week while i continue to look for something better. Ideally in house. Good luck out there.
I agree with the above comment. I am now in your same place. I find it incredible that I've been at my agency for less than a year and I already feel like this. I am going to stop caring about the work and what leaves my desk and focus and getting myself back on track personally.
I would say to look for a new job but the market is looking pretty grim and will probably continue like this for the foreseeable future.
Same. I'm honestly understanding now what quiet quitting is.
