I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Experts please help.

Agreed 100%! Dream job is something that was sold to us by capitalism lol. I do not dream of labor. I do a job I like enough, well enough, that pays me so I can do the things I actually love doing outside of work.
Some people work to live. Some people live to work.
I think it's fine if some people have dream jobs--no different than having a dream partner/car/house/boat/etc.
Gives one something to strive and aspire towards. You might not think it's impressive, but that just means what you care about and aspire towards are different.
Different strokes for different folks.
I think you’re confusing dream job with dreams. If we have to spend 8+ hours a day somewhere, might as well aspire it to be for something or somewhere we believe in.
Yup, a good friend I’ve known about 10 years now whose “dream job” was to work at Google. She’s worked there for ~3 years now and all she does is talk about how much she misses being a bartender. A job is just a job. Unless your job is like flying rescue dogs in from overseas to find forever homes or saving kid’s lives through some healthcare non-profit, I’m willing to bet most peoples’ “dream job” for a corporate entity is going to end up being just another job.
