I gave interview with atos from one contract ie quantum world
I cleared all the rounds of interview but after documentation HR said like position is on hold
You can search in another company but before that they take promised like please join our company bla bla
But this is not right thing
Atos should take action on that contractor this was very bad experience with Atos and quantum world.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

Tax Senior here. I’m well liked around the office, I put in the hours and work hard, I haven’t had any dumpster fire projects, but I am a mediocre performer compared to my peers (not as strong project management, communication, not as confident). So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. I'm a partner with young kids and feel like I'm missing out on too much of their lives. I’m in interviews with a few companies. It was initially to see what was out there to negotiate my pay. Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role. (Plus they reached out to me) AND they will pay me almost double what I’m currently making annually, put me in a position to advance (so many options!!!!!) and allow me to move/travel when I get ready to.

What should I do? Guidance please!!!
