I gave my interview at kpmg today and selected in last round (3rd)i.e. Director round but jr called me and tole there will be one more manager round and told me it'll be general discussion round but it turns out to be opposite he grilled me on some questions which are out of topic and not related to my position applied.. Will my selection/rejection matters on basis of 4th round as i already cleared 3rd round director round?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field.
