I gave the interview September 14th for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer position. They had me do another round of interviews on the same day, which was a 15-minute managerial round. Things went well, but the status on the portal shows "Decision Pending" in yellow. "Decision Pending The candidate has attended the interview. Pending for internal review." I'm a bit confused. Does this mean I've been selected, or am I waiting for something that won't happen? I have 7+ years of experience.

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience.
