I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Probably not the best advice, but I stopped trying to read/respond to all emails long ago. Once I accepted that there’s just no way to do it all, I felt less stressed about it and could focus on getting actual work done instead.
First, set up a rule to move those information-only and subscription emails to a folder as soon as they hit your inbox. Schedule regular time on your calendar to scroll through that folder.
Second, schedule one or two blocks each day to clean out your email. When it’s time to deal with your email, follow the delete - delegate - do method. For each email, decide quickly whether it should be deleted, delegated to someone else, or requires your action.
Delete (or archive) unnecessary or irrelevant emails. Delegate emails by forwarding them to the right person and moving them to a folder.
If an email requires your action, create a task in your task system (Planner, Todoist, Outlook Tasks, etc.) and move that email to the folder for that task.
When your time block for dealing with your email ends, close your email and work on your task list. You will return to your email during your next scheduled email block.
The key is not to let your inbox become your To Do list or reminder board. I only receive about a hundred emails a day. I clean out my inbox for an hour every day between 1-2 because that’s when I usually hit an energy slump. During an energy slump, filing is the only thing I am suited for.
Good luck finding a rhythm and system that works for you.
Thanks. Good advice!
OK, first of all my first question is what do you do? This can’t be your work email. Tell us what you’re doing, or really not doing in this case, in your email.
