I got voicemail this morning from HR at a large insurance company. He said he wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I gave him a call back and got his voicemail so I left a message and told him I was free for the rest of today, then a couple hours passed and I sent him an email telling him my availability tomorrow in case we couldn’t connect today. Is this guy ghosting me? Should I reach out again? I checked my app status on the company dashboard and it said interview requested

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
