I got a Salesforce recruiter reaching out to me for a listed position of Solution Architect-Marketing Cloud.

I'm wondering what's the compensation for it in Canada? I asked about it but the recruiter couldn't give me an answer. Just that the TC is a mix of base, bonus and RSUs over 4y.

What is moonlighting?

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

Are there not any rules for the Basic salary to be at a certain % of CTC or it depends totally on the company?

Also PF deductions they are offering only 1800 p.m but considering 20000 basic it should be 12% of 20000 right?

If you join pwc with an approved I140, do they start the green card transfer (perm, i140) immediately ? I was told by recruiter it will start immediately after H1 transfer . I Wanted to know how true this is if anyone been through this
