I got a verbal offer from a company almost 3 months ago now. But due to it being close to the holidays, and having to schedule meetings with hiring managers (to join a team) around their PTO and the holidays, the timeline’s been looking kinda wonky. I got to talk to a manager a bit before Christmas time. I’ve emailed the recruiter who’s supposed to be letting me know of next steps a few times now since the new year, but it feels like she’s ghosting me. What should I do? I’m getting super anxious

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’ve put in so much work but I’m not where I need to be to make it. I know if I interviewed today I wouldn’t make it through.

I feel like a failure as a parent at times - my youngest daughter is extremely anxious about middle school and in the first week has already had two emotional breakdowns. She is so worried about people picking on her and not having friends. I have reached out to the counselor and principal with hopes to get her some support in school, but I can’t do anything to make it better.
