Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Keep your employers guessing 🧐
Hiring manager #1: "I really prefer Candidate A. They have great experience, a top MBA, and is a strong cultural fit."
Hiring manager #2: "Yes yes, but while Candidate B has none of those, they didn't put periods at the end of their bullets like Candidate A did."
Hiring manager #1: "Ah yes, good point. Candidate B it is."
Whatever you do, make sure your style is inconsistent throughout
No and huge pet peeve of mine. They don’t go with bullets on résumés, slides, etc. The point of bullets is so you don’t need to use complete sentences and therefore no periods.
Usually when it comes to resumes I use the same heuristic I use when creating executive-level slides.
1) write out the content I want
2) delete unnecessary words
3) delete unnecessary words
4) remove unnecessary punctuation and visuals
5) ensure use of color and bolding is highly intentional
6) delete unnecessary words
Seriously, writing something pithy takes many revisions. That, or I’m bad at it. Also white space and large font is your friend
I do periods if it’s a complete sentence and none of it’s a fragment. Could be wrong though, I wasn’t a grammar major

Coach
Only if they are complete sentences. Most bullets are not.
Be consistent.
Thanks all. Ironically the job I’m applying to has bullets WITH periods at the end of them in the description 😂
