I got a verbal offer from jpmc for about 30 fixed and 12% variable ~ 33.5.

My current CTC is 23 and i am due promotion next month expected ctc 28 in current org. Beside i will have to forefeit 5 lac bonus in current org and move to expensive rental area.

Does the move make sense? Whether quoted 12% bonus provided at year end. I asked for joining bonus they outright denied. Are there any other factors at jpmc that i should consider.
