I got a verbal offer on Tuesday after 3 rounds that I’m really excited about. The offer was really close but I did counter for a signing bonus based on foregone fiscal year end bonus, etc. It was framed very respectfully and recruiters reaction seemed very normal.

I got an update EOD yesterday that CEO and SVP were meeting to discuss my offer last night. I didn’t hear anything today, and I’m panicking a little. Rightful anxiety or probably normal timing to close everything out formally?

My query is I am eligible for 75k LTA and now I entering that amount on portal it not allowed me to enter .. continue showing error pop up say basic of HRA 5%

I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?
