I got an offer from Deloitte USI with fixed 14LPA and variable 10%. I am having 4yrs of experience in SAP Domain. My current organization quoted 12.3LPA fixed as part of retention.

What I need to do? Both are providing 1 time bonus. Please provide guidance here.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?
