Location constraint:
I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.
Currently it is WFH, but once it is back to office.. I dont want to relocate. How easy it is relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Thoughtworks
I'm about to join TW after 2weeks.
I got mail from OKTA, I've filled laptop shipping details as well.
But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?

No there are not enough project, and people are in constant fear. Chose only if they give you are getting hiered for specific client. The staffing job here is irrespective of what skill you are having. You can be QA and thye can assigned you to any project and ask you to play the roe of program manager, or Dot net developer.

Because Fidelity has offered only 23 as base + 3 as variable
If you are getting a chance to work in front office or back office trading/settlement application, go for fidelity blindly. It will be a super boost to your qa profile

And even if you join.. you'll be in bench first and you have to clear client interview which includes technical and programming..
You can join TW . There will be uncertainties but it’s common across every org nowadays

It's a good package and scope to grow in a career in different roles is an added advantage in thought works.ignore the negative comments and join.
Appraisal is the main problem that u should know before joining. When hike time is near they postpone the hike to 6 Months delay without arrears. But whenever they give a hike unlike other companies they give the least hike of 1.2lakhs and max can go up to 3lakhs based on performance, politics and how good u protect yourself to leadership team
