I got an offer from Salesforce as Customer Success Architect (Fixed 40 LPA) role. This will be AMER shift and timing will be 5:30-2:30.
However, HR told time timing can be anything based on project. Can start from 8:30-9 pm as well.
Has anyone has any experience on this as complete night shift might be difficult and what type of opportunities I can explore after this role.
I also have a PWC offer 30 fixed LPA as Senior developer. Bit confused which one should I pick.

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

I’ve been at a job a year and have what I would call a very toxic manager. When I first started they were very nasty to me making comments about my appearance, my character and other inappropriate and mean things. I let them know how this made me feel and they stopped however I continue to notice how manipulative and condescending they are. My mental health is at a low.
