Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I gave an interview at TCS last Monday for Project Manager role. The hiring manager directly called me and scheduled the interview as I had reached out to one of their posts through LinkedIn. Post that I got a call from TCS asking me to register on ibegin portal and confirm which I did. But I still haven't got any call/mail from HR on the feedback of the interview or further rounds. By when should I expect a feedback from HR if I am shortlisted or not?
