Just in a dilemma regarding professional upfront.
I'm 2.6 years experienced as a software developer and I tried searching for new jobs and opportunities.

After giving a lot of interviews, I got 3 offers out of which I'm considering two, IBM and Publicis sapient.
Both are good reputed firms with ample opportunities but since I have to choose one, I'm in dilemma regarding which company to be chosen. Both are offering me same package.

Please comment and vote for the same according to your opinion

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). My current organisation has appraisal due in Jan 22 end. I want to choose between my current org and the new company after this appraisal.
If i share the documents, will my current org get to know that i am trying to switch?

I have received salary break up from a prod base cmpy. Once I acknowledge to it, they will release the offer. Actually they are in impression that I was an immediate joiner, but today on HR call , I have convinced the HR that I can join within 30-45 days and she agreed on it. So my question here is - what strong or valid reason I can put in front of my current organization so that they can release me within 45 days. So far no dependency on me as joined a new proj and KT is going on.
