I have cleared first round of technical interview at Deloitte. I have managerial interview on Monday. Wanted to know about the process at Deloitte. What happens in managerial interview? Do they discuss about about salary expectation ? Need help and tips guys.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.
Can anybody advise on this if they been through the same.

My inhand will be approx 61k so how to enhance this package more.
I was in manufacturing unit till now but i am moving in testing domain now.
